The Bridal Bridge

This bridge is still a favorite place in Spring Lake NJ for bridal photographs. The artist set this scene at about 1910, and consulted his old-time paper-doll collection for costuming. He found these to be a great source for authentic fashions, along with the old Sears catalogues. All before the internet!
